Round-Up Week

The last week in June is always one of our favorite times of year--its Round-Up week! Dyl was with us for most of the week so she was able to be a part of the festivities too. The girls had fun watching the Stock Parade and the Grand Parade and catching a lot of candy. But it was incredibly warm and that part was not as pleasant. It makes for cranky children! My favorite part of the week is always the rodeo. We took Tay and had a great time! She was disappointed that she didn't get to dance with Liesl the Clown in the dance contest (like she did last year) but she thought it was fun anyway.

Watching the stock parade--it was very sunny and HOT!

My niece Lindsay, nephew Colton and our cousin Nakell in the Stock Parade

The girls dressed themselves up for the parade--high fashion is essential for catching candy!

Tay and Dyl at the Grand Parade on Saturday morning. Dyl went home after the parade. It was fun to have her stay with us for a few days.

My little rodeo girl! Tay is decked out in her hat and Ropers (luckily they still fit).
